  1. Bi-weekly one-on-one sessions of 50 minutes to listen, learn and encourage for 6 months. Through skype or in person if you live in Bali, Indonesia.
  2. A 2-hour food store tour teaching you how to read food labels and how to stock up your pantry and fridge.
  3. Together we create Meal Plans that are customized to your lifestyle, including a vitamin guide, shopping lists and mindful eating tips and exercises.
  4. There is a great focus on fostering a healthy body image and more wholesome relationship with food. Helping you overcome anxiety and stress around health, food and your future, and commit to healing your relationship with food and yourself for life.
  5. Nutrition and lifestyle advice and exercises helping you transform physically and emotionally.
  6. Exclusive free downloadable printouts: The Circle of Life, Time Management Awareness, Grocery Shopping Lists, Personality test from Myers-Briggs and other supporting materials.
  7. Provide accountability and encouragement without shame.
